New class and demo

Come and join us in Oakham on Tuesday March 11 for a new class and demonstration of traditional Yang Family Tai Chi Chuan.

All welcome:   Special  6 week introductory course.
Classes are all mixed ability and traditional Tai Chi is practised in a slow, relaxed manner.
